InfoXent provides professional team integration facilitation services, including:

- Documentation and follow-up support
Service Engagement
Consultation Process
Initial consultations are provided to assess team needs and program fit. These consultations are informational and do not constitute a commitment to services by either party.
Service Agreement
Formal engagement requires a written service agreement specifying scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. Services begin only after agreement execution and any required deposits.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about team composition and challenges
- Ensuring team member availability for scheduled sessions
- Arranging appropriate facilities for in-person sessions
- Maintaining confidentiality of session content and team discussions
Fees and Payment
Service Fees
Service fees are specified in individual service agreements and may vary based on team size, session format, and geographic location.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in service agreements. Typical arrangements include deposits before service commencement and final payment upon completion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified in service agreements. Generally, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur fees.
Confidentiality
Our Commitment
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, team discussions, and session content. Facilitators do not disclose specific team issues or individual statements outside the engagement context.
Limitations
Confidentiality obligations do not extend to:
- Information already in the public domain
- Information required to be disclosed by law
- Information necessary to enforce our rights under service agreements
Intellectual Property
Our Materials
All facilitation frameworks, methodologies, and training materials provided by InfoXent remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials within their organization for the purpose of implementing session outcomes.
Client Materials
All agreements, commitments, and documentation created by the team during sessions belong to the client organization.
Limitations of Liability
InfoXent provides facilitation services to assist teams in addressing coordination challenges. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or team performance improvements. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
We are not liable for:
- Team members' actions or statements during or after sessions
- Employment decisions made based on session discussions
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Professional Standards
Our facilitators maintain professional standards including:
- Neutrality in team discussions and conflicts
- Respect for all participants regardless of position or perspective
- Focus on process facilitation rather than content expertise
- Commitment to creating psychologically safe environments
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement according to terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client receives all documentation created to that point, and fees are calculated based on services rendered.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or service engagements will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
