Three Sessions. Clear Structure.

Each session builds on the previous one. Teams move from diagnosis through agreements to practice.

Overview of structured team program sessions

Session One: Diagnosis

The team identifies what's actually broken. No assumptions. Real problems from the people experiencing them.

Team diagnosis session in progress

Individual Input Collection

Each team member identifies coordination problems they experience. Anonymous options available for sensitive issues. We capture everything without judgment.

Pattern Recognition

The facilitator helps the group identify recurring themes. Where do multiple people experience the same friction? What patterns emerge across different perspectives?

Priority Setting

Not everything can be fixed at once. The team collectively prioritizes which coordination problems to address first based on impact and feasibility.

Session Output

Documented list of coordination challenges ranked by priority. Shared understanding of current team dynamics. Foundation for the agreement session.

Session Two: Agreements

Create concrete operating agreements. Not vague intentions — specific commitments with accountability.

1

Agreement Frameworks

We introduce frameworks for creating team agreements around communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and coordination. Teams adapt these to their specific context.

2

Collaborative Creation

The team develops their specific agreements together. What communication channels for what purposes? How do we handle disagreements? What are our mutual commitments?

3

Written Documentation

Everything gets written down. Clear language. Specific behaviors. Assigned accountability. Dates for implementation and review. No room for later misinterpretation.

Session Three: Practice

Practice difficult conversations in a structured environment. Build skills for ongoing team maintenance.

Conversation Frameworks

Learn structured approaches for giving feedback, addressing conflicts, and discussing sensitive topics. Practice with real team issues.

  • Feedback models for positive and corrective input
  • Conflict navigation frameworks
  • Techniques for addressing unspoken tensions
  • Practice scenarios based on team challenges

Role Practice

Team members practice difficult conversations in pairs and small groups. Facilitator provides coaching and feedback in real time.

  • Structured role-play exercises
  • Real-time facilitator coaching
  • Peer observation and feedback
  • Multiple practice rounds with different scenarios

Follow-Up Planning

Establish ongoing mechanisms for team maintenance. Schedule check-ins. Define how the team will continue practicing and reinforcing new patterns.

  • Follow-up meeting schedule
  • Progress measurement approach
  • Accountability check-in structure
  • Escalation path for unresolved issues

Logistics and Formats

Flexible delivery to match your team's needs and constraints.

Session Duration

Each session runs approximately three hours. Can be scheduled as half-day blocks or integrated into full-day team meetings. Spacing between sessions typically one to two weeks.

In-Person Delivery (AMBA)

We facilitate at your location or arrange neutral meeting space in Greater Buenos Aires. Full physical presence enables maximum engagement and interaction.

Virtual Delivery

Structured video sessions using digital collaboration tools. Designed specifically for remote team dynamics. Includes breakout rooms for small group work and digital documentation.

Hybrid Teams

Mixed format where some team members attend in person while others join remotely. We manage technology and facilitation to ensure equal participation regardless of location.
